Do you offer returns and exchanges?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but understand that you might change your mind on an item purchased. Items in original condition can be returned for store credit or Exchanged within 14-days of fulfillment. 

To be accepted by our Customer Service Team, parcels must be returned in their original condition (packaging, tags etc.), undamaged, not worn & accompanied by all of its accessories.

All Returns will be given a Store Credit of equal value. Shipping costs are non-refundable

We allow Exchanges for a size or colour variation of the same style. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Where do you ship?

Currently we are focused on Canada & USA orders, but we do ship to the UK and Europe as well as most other countries however shipping costs and timelines will vary.

At this time our shipping timelines are fastest to USA customers, with the exception of some products (produced in Canada) shipping within 3-5 days to Canadians.

How long does shipping take to Canada?

Shipping times vary depending on the product, the majority of our products are made in Canada therefore can be delivered within Canada in a few days (depending on product demand), whereas a select few products are produced in the USA and the estimate we receive can be 12-14 days. To know approximately how long a product may take to arrive, feel free to contact us before ordering! Keep in mind estimates are not always accurate and these products could very well ship within 7 days, however our suppliers are responsible for giving us a heads up if shipping could take longer.

Are your products made sustainably?

We do our best to source materials and products from manufacturers that offer sustainable and organic materials and ethical production standards. We do offer some sustainably made products, but at this time not all of our products are made with sustainable materials. We hope that this will be the case eventually.
